Just look at the score of panda, it's more profitable than vtc.
I mine on both multipool scrypt and scrypt-N (2mh/s-750kh/s) , when I look into the statistics the estimated exchange 24h btc value of Panda is more than scrypt.
How is score on the TMB home page calculated for Scrypt-N vs Scrypt? Does it assume Scrypt-N hash rate = ~45% of Scrypt hash rate?

Though you should be able to get 50%, when you can run at 18+ Intensity when you have enough RAM and your miner setup correctly.
