He does have a history of this type of behavior if you check his trust feedback.

Even if this guy is acting like an a-hole, the fact is you did say you would refund him, so just get his BTC address via PM and send him the BTC. If he complains about not receiving it, you can forward me his PM with the address and I will verify if it was sent or not.
