As you can see, what Malubit indicated, was correct. The system shows a difference from 2 hours and displayed the time on the moment when the user requested the withdrawal (although it is in another timezone, but that is not really relevant, as this was already explained by them).
Malubit, maybe you can solve this timezone settings for users to make it more clear, because some people do not understand the time difference display in account settings. I have to say its a little confusing but for me its not a problem.
