You've got to be kidding me. I don't believe that story, but if it were true I'd be wondering how old your daughter is and whether she's being put to work spamming bitcointalk through bounties. And I'd also be wondering whether she'd spend her own money to buy a forum account--and I doubt it.
I know account farms/families exist, but I find that practice detestable. But in any case, this looks like a standard example of ban evasion with a complete lie thrown in to try to get out of it.
Maybe the admin doesn't trust you, because you lie.
