The negative merits are not really an issue, since this action has been performed only once (2019-02-05 22:07:10.000) in this manner, affecting 16 TX with 15 distinct recipients (other similar cases were dealt with by deleting the TXs altogether). By summing them up in an atomic action over all the received TXs (as opposed to a TX by TX calculus), the negatives counter the positives.
