If the transaction went successful and the address is not yours, the transaction cannot be revoked nor would give you back what you've sent. Maybe the best way to solve your problem is to contact the Coinbase support. Only they can help you with the matter. But to be honest, any online transactions are mostly unrecoverable nor refundable.
