Yes, but if you do that, you have to deal with some automatic bot response, you can litterally never contact them directly... You have an option to send "suggestion" but it cearly says that they dont respond to them... So yeah, only way is to pay to be "pro"
So I think the problem is the tradingview system detected that you are using fake debit/credit card or you are using prepaid cards(Visa/Mastercard) or maybe they detected that you made multiple accounts.
Well i never made any other accounts besides those 2, and my VISA is not a fake one
it's linked to my only bank account and i never had any problem with it ever. And i made the 2nd account after the first one got cancelled, thats why i'm pissed... i really dont like those companies who say they offer "free" trial or anything, while they force you to pay afterward, it's such a scammy marketing way to treat customers..
Do you have any other site like this to share by the way ? Similar to trading view ? i would actually rather pay a subscription to another company if i have to
