I only have a fraction of the funds on Coinmarket.io that some here have and I was fully aware that the site was in beta. Having said that, there are significant differences between, say, a video game in beta development and a financial exchange. When you're handling someone's money, there's an expectation of greater accountability. That is particularly true in a situation like this, beta or no beta, since the owners of coinmarket.io are generating their own profit via their clients' transactions.
I'm not trying to raise a mob with torches and pitchforks. I like coinmarket.io and have had a very good experience here up until now. And I certainly do not think there is any sort of scam going on. I just feel that communication has been lacking. I've been in I.T. for 20 years and if I ever left my stakeholders in the dark for periods exceeding 24 hours at a time during a major systems outage, I'd most certainly have people screaming at me and would likely be fired.
I don't think anybody here is asking for a detailed description of the problem and the fix. They just want to know the status. Even very brief regular updates would be adequate; perhaps every 6 - 8 hours? Something along the lines of "Still chasing bugs in the engine" or "New server being prepped now".
TL;DR When you experience problems while handling clients money, you should be as communicative as possible.
