Not quite.  We do get our panties in a bunch when someone tries to peddle BCH or BSV as "the real Bitcoin."  It's deceptive and dangerous to folks who are just getting into cryptocurrency.  Other than that there's no stigma against altcoins, or the fork coins for that matter.
