And the dumping resumes. These shady developers try gimmicks like putting exchange wallets in maintenance mode for whatever reason. They do that to attempt stop deposits from dumpers.

do you really think this? wow lol .the coin is being sold at a lower price because the exchange just came back up give it time the price will increase very soon.
There is absolutely no doubt in my mind. I have seen this scenario to many times to count in crypto. If not for their shady behavior I am quite sure the price would be much lower.
I don't see it,really don't believe they do this on purpose,this has Hurt the coin a lot they lost miners hash power by one half. The up side more master nodes are being made 166 total so far .was 78 just last month.
