I've heard only positive things about moonads, high CPM, fast payouts and good, friendly support.
If you go to BMF(BeerMoneyForum) you can look up moonads and you can read some reviews and payout proofs.
As of now you could set them to legit and if they do turn out a scam, as with a lot of these type of networks sadly you can change them at that time.

Here you can even read their support, very unprofessional and admitting to being a scam, even if they aren't a scam and said it as a joke, it's still very unprofessional and I wouldn't trust it.
