Nobody tries to cheat. Decentralized exchanges are legal and even safer than centralized exchanges. P2PB2B, Latoken and Vindax are centralized exchanges where the official IEO MyTV chain tokens takes place. ForkDelta is a decentralized exchange on which ERC20 tokens are traded. Anyone can trade there.
I think the MyTV tokens developers made the mistake of not locking tokens sold for $0.005, because the price at IEO is now $0.045, and at ForkDelta you can now buy MyTV tokens for $0.0135.
