I don't think it works anywhere anymore from what I have been reading but I can only speak for a US reservation made FROM inside the US and the answer (for me) is NO, NOT ANY MORE. It worked for me the last 2 days but not today. That is MY experience, YMMV.
I guess they "fixed" the hole that allowed USA folk to use the coupon:

Not sure how is that still possible, when it's already fixed. He claims to be having these vouchers legally and have been giving 1 year warranty towards is and guaranteed confirmation, else refund.
