The VCC scam Exchange announce recently that they have changed their KYC policy. They give users only 18 hours notice to comply. And they say if after 3 attempts you dont succeed your account will not be accessible . How do you explain a scam more than that? They want to steal your BTC. Usually , you give me a 30 day notice . Doing KYC is not something easy. Again, many people may not be aware of the new policy? How do you expect everyone to comply in 18 hours? This is the worse scam exchange . They steal your money with their fake volume !!
