It's like saying you go into a lift and it malfunctioned and you are trapped inside. You press the help button and was told help will come in 30mins. 2 days gone, nevermind don't have to panic, stay calm, help will definitely come. Don't worry about it...if help didn't come, it is okay and the mistake is yours, cause no one forced you to go into the lift in the first place. Don't demand and expect so much, give them a break...they are busy working around the clock to even bother to update you...they will definitely come......stay calm.
you people with your demands and your expectations! you should give crypto-trade a break, they have been working very hard for you, and now they are no doubt working around the clock trying to fix what are after all YOUR mistakes (who sent money to crypto-trade? was it santa claus? no? of course not. it was YOU wasn't it!)
Wow.
Just wow!
So much wow!
I'll give everyone here a little hint; I've been through too many scams to count, it's possible this isn't a scam however it's highly likely the two above posters are being paid off by the CryptoTrade team.
No one shuts down a site with customer funds and then says "wait a while", "it'll be ok!", "This was your fault for trusting us!" unless something weird was going on.
There is a chance this is a legit hack, but the more time goes on with shills posting "calming, trusting messages for the community" the more chance your coins are safe, in their pockets.
Rule number one when your site is hacked: Talk often, be transparent and get customers their money ASAP. At the moment CryptoTrade are doing the complete opposite and the only communication is coming from the paid shills.
