1st impressions of your site are bad. Horrible ANN op. I could not find the link anywhere which is why I had to manually search for your site. I have observed several sites using a similar design scheme in recent times.

This is basically a poor copy-paste job and nothing more in my opinion. You could have at the very least tried to modify different parts of the site. No FAQ etc are more cons.
