That is the version I am running. Downloaded it Saturday when it was posted.

The binary for win32/win64 was updated on Monday, version stayed the same, please re-download.

Come on, why would anyone do that?
The only time I don't even do a .001 revision number change is if it's just a text file change that has no important info.

Updated Wed afternoon (probably about 3 or 4 hours after your post) and it's still going Friday AM. So that was not it.
