No i dont mean the format, just talking about the content of the adress it self. That adress is sending btc evey minute for example so it doesnt appear very private in my eyes 
What makes you think the address doesn't appear "private"? Because the address used more than once?
I'd say the address still appear "private" if it's only used for one specific usage (e.g. receiving donation or payout to specific set of users).
