I'm looking to hire a reliable BitMex/Bybit crypto trader for a project I'm currently working on. I would need to see the trader's trade history to ensure that they're able to generate respectable and consistent returns.
I don't understand why you wanted to hire traders though. And I doubt that any successful traders are going to bite your offer since they generated money already. Maybe some inexperience one are going to message you pretend that they are expert, so be careful.

If it pays well then why you do it yourself? Instead of hiring someone you don't know, so the risk of losing money multiplies here, just saying.
