I see this way to be possible, so instead of just logging in with the security provided by captcha's  we could have our accounts even more secured if we need to verify ourselves through our email registered. In this way, even if our password got hacked, we have a way to recover it without administrator's intervention. It could be purely automatic. I think the admin might just need to add this feature to automatically email account holders to verify their account through their emails.
