If indeed they do not have a money then where is  the money they got when selling ICO first ? Of course investors have spent a lot of their money to invest in this project so there is no reason if the team does not have the money to register their tokens on the exchange, and as I recall this project was successful get funds exceeding their ICO soft cap at the time, so that it can be said if the money they get is very much and even excess if only to register their tokens on the exchange today.
