@UmerIdrees its just spam what will foreign accounts do now localbitcoins.com is turning into scam as many peoples crying for freezing accounts and other things not from ban countries many other countries residents also have problems in this situation who will take this risk.

local bitcoin isn't turning into scam , they allow the locked accounts to withdraw balance after they impose bans on some countries including pakistan they did it for legal reason and did it nice , i had no problem withdrawing my balance.
