I wish that as many Bitcointalk users as possible know that there is a special recovery procedure on the forum.I think it would be more useful to make them aware of ways to prevent their accounts being compromised.
By the way, there is a list of recommendations in the Russian locale about protecting forum account "Бyдь гoтoв к взлoмy cвoeй yчeтки".
