Man. You guys are lucky that you can still drink alcohol at all.
I thought "alcohol ban" meant no alcohol at bars or restaurants.
It actually means no fucking alcohol, anywhere.

I guess the rationale is people tend to drink in public quite a bit, so instead of banning drinking in public, they're just banning alcohol sales altogether.

“It shall (also) be prohibited for any person... to sell, furnish, offer, buy, serve or drink intoxicating liquor in any public place within the City of Cebu upon the effectivity of this Order and during the entire period of the General Community Quarantine”



Can't go outside after 8 PM, no alcohol, this virus is brutal.
