Anyone was sell now is selling at lost, what was the essence of holding all this while to sell at the last trail before the profit starts coming. Participating in airdrop isn't the best sikitytibthe current economy crisesw as their payout are usually peanuts compared to other sources of income like bounties etc.
it is best to hold assets as much as possible. and now we can see the market moving better. this is proof when we can be patient in analyzing the market we can benefit.
and sometimes it depends on the crypto user. if he has the need to cash out some of his portfolio during these trying times, there's no problem with that. is he gonna wait to see his family die of hunger while he has some stash in crypto? i don't think so. so it really depends on users' priorities here, if he can afford long term, why not? but yes, holding and not panicking with the situation is good if you are financially capable.
