If you guys arent happy with the loyalty bonuses & the way they run things then dont deposit there. Nobody forces you to play there, everybody has their favourite sportsbooks & casinos. If bitcasino.io isnt for you then find somewhere else to play.

Couldn't agree more!! I'm quite sure we are not the only ones complaining either because month or so ago they sent out email asking for feedbacks on the loyalty program. I'm sure many others are displeased as well.
I agree with Lucky whoever designed the new loyalty program should be fired. The goal is to keep people playing to unlock higher rewards not the opposite they get so pissed off at the crap free spins that they quit altogether.
Just bring back deposit bonuses and add in free spins or comp points. Keep it simple its really not that hard to run a casino marketing dept. Bitcasino used to do the best job in the entire online industry of rewarding its loyal players with gifts, bonuses, free plays etc. Now you have people in charge that have no clue whatsoever.
