It's a case to case basis some gambler become addicted without them knowing that they are taking things to much, they built a defense mechanism that no reasoning can force them to give up gambling if you don't have a good character, you will likely end up gambling a lot and develop an addiction to gambling.
I knew that because i have some friends that i for.me they are already addicted but for them?no they are totally denying that reality and telling that it is just a habit and to kill boredom.
