I think the best way to start is not to think that they can earn money or profits in Bitcoin but they should think that they can use Bitcoin just like what they using fiat on their daily lives. Just treat the Bitcoin-like fiat in their wallets. Just like what pooya87 said that there are different on them.
I think what you thinking is like having a Bitcoin is something like easy money, we should not think that. Even there is something like that, we should also think that we are buying Bitcoin just to get easy money, we should also think it's good purpose and innovation.
