That's not a virus, that's called a false positive. I guess every miner on the planet is also a virus because it triggers false positives on all the worst anti-virus software on the planet? The wallet has nearly 0 impact on PC performance. I can use virustotal to scan and detect viruses in a large number of safe files all across the web from wallets to miners to video game files, does that mean they are viruses also? In case you need help answering that question, no it does not.
Here is a scan of the Electrum wallet, you are free to do your own scans if you do not believe. These people are low intelligence fudsters who can only produce arguments which fall apart the instant they are challenged with evidence.
