Vouching it's still one of the reputable exchanges today. Safe might not be the best word here but at least, it's worth risking some money here.
It's a good thing that you ask first before using again a specific exchange. In a 1-year span being-off, you are surely outdated to what's happening.

After seeing the title of this thread ''Binance Exchange Review'' I start to think for some time that I am going to see another review about binance. But when I see the OP's post and it's forced to think me totally against the previous thinking,
