What war you are talking about, the price of oil is falling because of the decision by Saudi to increase the production and to have a control over the market, increased production means the price will go down and they wanted to compete with Russia and the US as they have the technology to produce at a much better rate and Saudi is implementing new strategy to have an upper hand in the long run.
