That would be good idea but we have fund too. I don't know how much our DEV team made during the ATH but I'm sure they have made a hell lot of money  May be they can contribute the most. We as a community can support as much as we can but I don't think that will be a good amount to cover the fee. Most of the reputed exchanges require a big amount of fee.
