Corona is looking like it is not going to stop anytime soon but we have to remember that not being ready for it kills more people than actual crisis. Think about it, if you are sick and there is availability at your hospital and everyone is taking care of you, there would be an increase of chance for you to survive, however if there is no place for you, if there are too many sick people, if the hospital is overcrowded, many many people die.
We have seen these from Italy example and Germany example, in Germany there are people who are infected but they were quick to react so they have prepared the units before this happened and shared all the sick people in all hospitals and closed it down and just helped them live. That way they basically never got overcrowded.
There is no sign of slowing down for this virus because it takes time before we know that we are infected. Take the case of a female Doctor that I know, she has a patient who recently died due to respiratory problem, they asked for the body to be examined for COVID-19, results are not instant so the Doctor who took care of his patient is already exposed to the patient, goes home to the her family and possibly infected her family as well.
Isn't it that Doctors aren't allowed to go back home for their families, and they been offered to stay at a particular site for a while, while taking care of their duties at the hospital, especially those front liner who had been exposed with an infected person. But anyway, if they didn't, I don't think that they will let anyone, somebody be close to them as they knew how the virus spread easily itself. Couldn't blame them either on missing their sweet home after a tiring, and dangerous duties.
Sad part of this is majority (like me) are not prepared for this situation where people need to stay home for 2 or more weeks. People need to buy food and anything that they need for 2 weeks and if they don't have that emergency funds, they will go ahead and sell stocks or their well kept Bitcoin. Imagine how many will resort to selling their stocks or Bitcoin.
Small timer like us, isn't prepared for this, and we didn't even see this coming. The virus came too fast, pity those community who haven't enough facilities to accumulate countless of patients, and be helpless but to disregard them. And sadly is that they'll be going out around not knowing what they really be bringing if it is a virus or not. Due to this circumstances, people would panic as what I was saying again small timer like us especially those who usually stock foods, and can't afford and doing it so, wouldn't have any more choice but to sell their assets such crypto in exchange of having necessities, and be locked up in their homes till the virus be wiped out.
