I do not know on what basis you say this.. but as far I know, the Yobit has been running for several years, although there are still many problems found there the Yobit is able to solve the problem until now..

it's better to keep trading on an exchange that already has a good reputation such as Binance, Kucoin, Huobi or Coinbase.  although it will not  be a scam, doing transactions on a new exchange is very risky..
