Yes. That's literally what it says on the trust page: "Other comments."

Granted a note saying that you're on someone's ignore list seems meaningless without explanation but it's a neutral... who cares.


Mostly, many of them do care about it if it's from someone in default trust network.

You can vote against it with "~".

Thanks for the advice though.
