No cards are blocked, nothing is suspended. You haven't posted a single proof of that, and you will never be able to. People pay with their ADV Russian cards exactly like they used to months ago. Card service for cardholders has been 100% uninterrupted.

We are actually days away from relaunching the Russian card program and reopening new card orders that have been temporarily unavailable.
