what adoption ? xrp is already popular , a well known coin so its adoption is already at a good state but its just xrp is a small coin so we shoudlnt expect that its value can pump more like what happen to bigger coins like btc and eth  . lower high and lower low are normal yes because the coin is only small or have a small value only so what can we expect  ? xrp isnt also dumping constantly  and this isnt also ipo afaik because i think ipo is simillar to ico/sto but xrp are already a working product  . not only noobs are buying xrp and they dont buy it just because its cheap but because xrp is also a good coin  .
