I made some overdue changes to my trust list based on these findings -- not necessarily based on just somebody having negative trust, but a lot of things:
- do I agree with their ratings in large?
- do they even leave ratings?
- have they been active at all this year?
- who is in their inclusions list?
Not going to name names, but there's a significant amount of members both new and old that seem to be using the trust system to paid their scores or place on DT. I fully expect some reciprocal exclusions to take place shortly, but to be honest I don't blame people that do that, as I don't trust people that actively distrust my judgment either.
I think it many cases its a matter of education and experience -- as mentioned earlier in this thread a lot of people just don't understand how the trust system works.
