Bitcoin might reach that range in the first two weeks of April. And for the upcoming halving, I have my feelings that bitcoin will hit and retest the range at $14k - $15k very soon.
I share your optimism regarding this matter. Moreover, I'm sure Bitcoin will surpass its previous ATH within the next 2 years. Not saying that it will be surpassing ATHs indefinitely, but $40k is pretty much possible for BTC to hit someday.
For those of you thinking that hitting the Jackpot on FreeBitco.in is impossible, I hit it second time today.
