What is your story of not being able to access your Bitcoin wallet with Bitcoins in them.
What have you tried to retrieve them?
This has only happened to me once, and thats when I was still new to all these. Okay the problem was that I was making use of a wallet, and thats the Blockchain wallet, one thing I never knew was that for you to access your wallet you need your wallet ID.
I have been using this wallet in my android then and I never had computer, so one day I formatted the phone and wasnt able to gain back access to the wallet. There was about $20 in the wallet which I wasnt able to get back since I made up my mind to create a new wallet. But as time goes on I was able to find a way to get the Wallet IDs that are associated with my old email and recovered it later.
