For me currently just Bundesliga is hot favourite and Premier League is also good but have not enough chance as few rumours FA is going to cancel this season which could be on card if happen but I personally feeling not good as its really unfair with Liverpool and its fans.
Speaking about EPL and other top leagues, canceling season completely or end it on current phase isn't likely. They simply csn't afford to make such decision because they would breach huge contracts with broadcasters. IIRC, it would cost about £700 million for EPL. They simply will play remaining games when it will be safe enough sooner or later.
