Can you explain what red packets and drifting bottles are you talking about? I've never heard anything like this before with respect to the blockchain. Can you mean red envelopes and not red packets? Some Asian exchanges use them to transfer assets between users without paying transaction fee. I didnt find anything about bottles anywhere
