What is your login name?  We are not seeing a withdrawal that took "a couple of days" and saying you played a few weeks ago does not allow us to pinpoint your username, a ticket or email.  The verification is to ensure you are not playing from a restricted jurisdiction and you are not multi-accounting.  Once your account is confirmed withdrawals should be as quick as 15 minutes and we have 24 hour support that can send it immediately.
