I think this is not the reason why you are joining a casino. Also their might be no casino that is going to offer investment return but I've seen affiliates links where you could have a profit but inviting users in their websites.
Any way you are already investing since you already buy the cryptocurrency and put it in your gambling website account when the market price of your cryptocurrency put you could easily cash it out.
