1) The diff was unusually high yesterday until now (now it has dropped from 5,000 to 10).  So it was unusually hard to mine.  Thats why the pool only found 3 blocks.  It should have found 100 by now.

2)  The payments are paid out 105 blocks later; so you will still receive a payment once the block matures.

3) Please hang in there, it should be easier starting on day 2.
