I was heard the news that's China has planning to be launching their bitcoin and their blockchain, but as we can see China are the mostly country that's affected by CORONA... So it is possible for them to launch their bitcoin at the moment?
China is not launching bitcoin. They are planning to launch a digital version of their currency yuan, possibly using blockchain technology. It is just a digital version of their fiat money and its circulation is controlled by PBOC. So it is not decentralized either. Technically it is very much possible and China is probably the first country who started with such development.
