That money comes from my 4 week allowance which I used in buying bitcoin for long term hold, but I decided to lend him that money because I just wanted to help as it will help me too because he promised me to pay it back with an interest at a given date. I'm sorry I missed this, and sorry for your loss. How much did you lend to him? Do you have any evidence, or chat logs? If so feel free to post them here. I also suggest you file a police report.
It really has a big difference compared to the money you lent to TYM and It is just a small fraction of bitcoin as stated in the above reply to LogitechMouse. I don't think filing a police report is a good idea with that amount of money.
