I participate in multiple GB's, unfortunatly it seems hard to do it well. If he oversold its off course pretty bad, but with all the refund request he just might fall back to a level he can deliver. I dont know if he is a fair guy or not, I hope so. I just stated in my post that you cant blame him for there not being a miner (which several accussing him for that and using this a reason for fraud), since the bitmine is being delivered later to all those that ordered it. TBH the level of absence is some of the things worrying me, oh and losing loads on MTGox didnt put me in a good mood either.
