Hi OP, please take your time to check out cetan bounty today and give us some feedback later, I've done my part but the project info is not complete yet so I can't judge presently and I don't have good experience with Russian projects too
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5236009.0Personally, I would not join that campaign and here is why.
1) Bounty manager - he was offline till September 2018, and now suddenly in March 25 2020 appeared as a bounty manager? It is obvious that this account was bought or hacked. Why would a project use that kind of account to promote them?
2) The project itself - another intermediary between user and business/money? The idea is not new, and I don't recognise someone with same idea to be successful. Specially with ICO till June and current market situation, the probably would not raise $ 3 000 000 softcap till June.
3) Total token amount is 100 000 000 tokens each worth 1$, with 3% of it will be received by bounty hunters. Really, give hunters $ 3 000 000? The same amount is needed for softcap?
