First time I read about it and since OP mention that they do not have an official announcement here we have something to doubt here, they do have an Steemit channel and I don't know how they accumulate that huge number of telegram followers, I guess they subscribe to those offering survives to increase telegram followers, but I love to hear those who already traded in this exchange.
